    TERMS: Successful Bidder(s) shall deposit 15% non-refundable earnest money on auction day along with a signed purchase agreement.  Purchase price balance will be due in full, at closing on or before October 17, 2025, at Black Hills Title Company, Sturgis, SD. 2025 taxes will be prorated to closing date and paid by the sellers. Title Insurance and closing service fee will be divided equally between Buyer and Seller. Information was obtained from the Meade County governmental office and deemed reliable, but neither the Sellers, or Sturgis Real Estate & Auctions, Inc., who represents the Seller only in this transaction, make any guarantees or warranties, actual or implied.
