TERMS: Successful Bidder(s) shall deposit 15% non-refundable earnest money on auction day along with a signed purchase agreement. Purchase price balance will be due in full, at closing on or before December 17, 2024, at Black Hills Title Company, Sturgis, SD. 2023 taxes and prior year taxes will be paid by the sellers, 2024 taxes will be prorated to closing date based on the 2023 tax levy. Title Insurance and closing service fee will be divided equally between Buyer and Seller. Information was obtained from the Perkins County governmental offices, USDA Farm Service Agency and NRCS. This information is deemed reliable, but neither the Sellers, or Sturgis Real Estate & Auctions, Inc., who represents the Seller only in this transaction, make any guarantees or warranties, actual or implied. The property will be sold by legal description only and in “As-is” condition-No warranty is made as to property boundaries, soil productivity, water supply or environmental hazards.
